This is a great chili for the whole family. You can make it as spicy as you like or mild for everyone to enjoy.

dark kidney beans
2 can(s)
light kidney beans
1 can(s)
cannelini beans
2` lb
lean ground beef
2 can(s)
stewed or diced tomatoes
1 can(s)
rotel tomatoes and chili -mild, regular or hot
salt and pepper
1/4 c
chili powder
1/4 tsp
white pepper
cayenne pepper if you want spicy
tomatoe juice or v8
1 large
onion - diced

Directions Step-By-Step

Brown ground beef in skillet, drain all grease and put in stock pot.
Open all cans - I don't drain any of them.
Empty all canned items into pot and add onion, if you want heat - throw in some peppers of your choice.
Stir all well.
Add all spices.
Add tomatoe juice. Less if you want thick chili, more if you want it thinner.
I added a good pinch (between thumb and index finger) of baking soda to this. I was told that this help to take the acid bite out of the tomatoes. I cook this for about 45 minutes.
Taste it and if you want it hotter - add more white pepper, black pepper etc.
