I am not a big fan of chili, but my husband and nephews love it and they like it without beans,so I made up this recipe and it's a favorite. Some of them love hot and spicy, some don't,so I always include chopped chilies with the condiments which include, chopped onions, cilantro, sour cream and green onions.

14.5 oz can diced tomatoes,undrained
2- 4 oz cans fire roasted green chilies
15 oz can tomato sauce
1/4 t. crushed red pepper

Directions Step-By-Step

Sprinkle steak pieces with salt and pepper.
Heat oil in 6-quart saucepan over medium-high heat 1 minute. Add steak pieces .
Cook 5 minutes, or until steak is browned on all sides, stirring frequently.
Add bouillon cubes and water, simmer 20-30 minutes until steak is tender. While steak is simmering, brown ground beef, onions and garlic.
