Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

1 LB
ground beef
1 can(s)
14.5 tomato sauce
1 can(s)
14.5 dark kidney beans
1 can(s)
14.5 light kidney beans
1/2 c
diced onion
1 can(s)
4 oz. diced green chilies
1/4 c
diced celery
1 can(s)
14.5 petite diced tomatoes
1 tsp
cumin powder
2 Tbsp
chili powder
1 tsp
black pepper
2 tsp
salt
1 Tbsp
sugar or to your taste
1 c
water more depending on your desired thickness

Step-By-Step

1brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain off the fat. Using a fork crumble the beef into small pieces
2in a large slow cooker combine the beef and the remaining ingredients. Bring to boil over high. Turn heat to low and simmer for 2 hours stirring every 10 to 15 minutes to prevent sticking.
3Serve with crackers or corn bread and enjoy.
