Ingredients For jo's chili

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 c
    onion, chopped
  • 1 c
    green pepper, chopped
  • 28 oz
    can tomatos
  • 1 can
    tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/8 tsp
    cayenne pepper
  • 1/8 tsp
    paprika
  • 1 can
    chili beans
  • 2 tsp
    chili powder

How To Make jo's chili

    In large skillet brown meat, onion and green pepper until done. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili powder, salt, cayenne and paprika. Cover and simmer 2 hours. Stir in chili beans. Makes 4-6 servings.
