Ingredients For hg holy moly guacamole

  • 1 - 15 oz can
    peas
  • 1 md
    avocado, mashed
  • 1/4 c
    greek yogurt, plain
  • 4 tsp
    lime juice
  • 1 clove
    galic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/8 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/8 tsp
    cumin
  • 1/8 tsp
    chili powder
  • 1/3 c
    grape or cherry tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/4 c
    onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp
    cilantro, dried (optional)
  • 1 tsp
    jalapeno peppers, finely chopped (optional)

How To Make hg holy moly guacamole

    Place peas in a medium bowl & mash thoroughly with a potato masher or fork. (Or puree peas in a small blender or food processor & transfer to a medium bowl.) Add avocado, yogurt, lime juice, garlic, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/8 black pepper, cumin & chile powder. Continue to mash until blended.

    Stir in tomatoes, onion & some cilantro &/or jalapenos, if using. Season with additional salt & pepper, if desired. Enjoy!
