Using a thick, heavy stockpot, saute onion, and green chili in margarine, add flour.
Heat milk, then add the sour cream, diluted chicken base, chicken, and spices.
Add heavy cream and chicken.
Add to step #1. Heat. NOTE: May need to thicken with cornstarch.
