Kimi's Notes:

When I went to make my chili this past weekend, I did not have all my ingredients so I just started dumping what I had in the cupboard. My husband and son told me this was the best chili I have ever made. I have to say it received 5 stars for this girl. I had 2 bowls which I never do..we all ended up eating 3 bowls each.

Directions

1
In stock pot on high brown the ground beef and onion & peppers. Add seasonings to meat.
2
Add all tomato products, then all beans. Add the taco seasoning. I taste as I go so I usually add more of the seasonings till I get it to my liking.
3
Cook on medium for and hr, then turn down to low and cook till flavors are just right.
4
You can add toppings such as cheese, sour cream, pour over a salad with nachos. We ate ours plain with bread.

Another good chili...there are so many good ones on here to try.
I have used all these ingredients in my chili before except for the taco seasoning mix...I have not put that in my chili before.

I made chili last week and had the same problem...not all of the ingredients. I didn't have nearly enough chili powder so I added extra cumin, an envelope of taco seasoning, cocoa and a can of green chilis. It was one of the best chilis I ever made.
