3 Bowl Chili

The name comes from my darling husband, Greg. Guess how many bowls he had? Just enough bite!

Ingredients

1 can(s)
hot chili beans
1 can(s)
rotel
1 can(s)
crushed tomatoes
1 can(s)
diced tomatoes
1 can(s)
black beans, drained
1 lb
ground beef
1 lb
sausage
1 tsp
dried onion
crushed red pepper and garlic to taste

Step-By-Step

1Brown and drain meats. Or, you can do it like I do and boil them until no longer pink. (I learned the boiling trick from my sister who owns a restaurant..gets rid of alot of the fat!!)
2Mix all together in a dutch oven or stockpot. Add one can of water. I used the chili bean one to get all the good stuff out!
3Simmer for about an hour.
