South western Chicken tortilla soup

This is a very fast and favorite in our family. It can easily be doubled and nothing gets left behind.

Ingredients

box or can
large can or box of chicken broth
2 can(s)
black beans, rinsed
2 can(s)
diced tomatoes with chilis
1 bag(s)
sweet white frozen corn
2or3 clove
garlic
1/2 c
lime juice
2 Tbsp
chili powder
1 large
cooked and diced chicken(can buy already cooked from deli
1 c
water
1 c
sour cream
1 bunch
cilantro, fresh and chopped

Directions Step-By-Step

Can be cooked in a crock pot or on the stove top.
Put all ingredients in a crockpot or large kettle except the sour cream and Cilantro.

As soon as soup getsvery hot add sour cream and stir in till well mixed.

A few minutes before serving add schopped Cilantro to the pot.

Serve with Tortilla chips, cheese, and onions if desired.
