I SERVE THIS WITH HOMEMADE FRENCH BREAD, OR MAKE UP SOME PANINNIS. OH SO GOOD!

Ingredients

1/3 c
chopped onions
1/4 c
chopped green bell peppers
1/2 c
chopped carrots
1 can(s)
chicken broth
2 can(s)
creme of potato soup
1 can(s)
whole kernel corn drained and rinsed
1/2 c

2
talipia filets chopped in bite size
1/2 pkg
imitation crab meat works well
2 OR 3 Tbsp
butter
c
fresh spinach washed and trimmed

Directions Step-By-Step

1
SAUTEE ONIONS, PEPPERS AND CARROTS IN BUTTER. JUST UNTIL ONIONS ARE CLEAR. ABOUT 5 MIN. ADD CHIX BROTH, SOUPS, CORN, AND MILK. LET THIS COOK UNTIL CARROTS ARE ALMOST TENDER. ABOUT ANOTHER 7 MIN. ADD SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE. ADD CLAMS WITH THE JUICE, AND THE TALIPIA CHUNKS, AND COOK UNTIL THE FISH IS WHITE. ADD SPINACH, SHRIMP AND CRAB MEAT, AND LET HEAT THROUGH OR UNTIL SHRIMP (IF USING UNCOOKED) TURNS PINK. DON'T OVER COOK, OR SHRIMP WILL BECOME TOUGH.

I SERVE THIS WITH HOMEMADE FRENCH BREAD, OR A NICE PANINNI SANDWHICH ON THE SIDE.
