My family really likes this during cooler months. Great alternative to chilli when you just want something different.

Ingredients

1 lb
chicken, cooked and chopped
1 can(s)
pinto beans
1 can(s)
kidney beans
2 can(s)
rotel (mild or spicy, your choice)
2 can(s)
white shoepeg corn
1 can(s)
stewed tomatoes
2 pkg
taco seasoning mix
1 c
chopped onion, saute until softened
2 c
chicken broth (can use water)
2 pkg
ranch style dressing mix

Directions Step-By-Step

Drain and rinse all of the canned beans and the corn.
Mix all ingredients together in a dutch oven and bring to a boil. Immediately reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.

Serve with shredded cheese Colby Jack cheese, sour cream and tortilla chips.
