Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb
frozen chicken breast
1 c
salsa
15 oz
diced tomatoes, fire roasted
10 oz
rotel tomatoes, any flavor
14 1/2 oz
sweet corn
1 c
chicken broth
1 pkg
taco seasoning mix
15 oz
black beans, canned
10 1/2 oz
cream of chicken soup

Directions Step-By-Step

Place frozen chicken breast in the crock pot. Cover with salsa and cook on low for 6-8 hrs.

Shred cooked chicken breast and add remaining ingredients. Stir until combined. Replace cover and cook an additional 1 hr on high.

Serve with tortilla chips and garnish with shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream and pico de gallo.
