- lg onion, cut in chunks
- stalks of celery cut into chunks
- 1 c
- shredded carrots
- 3 clove
- garlic, minced
- salt & pepper
- fresh tyhme or dried(i don't measure)
- large pot of water
- 1 pkg
- your favorite noodles, fresh or pkg
1FILL A LARGE POT WITH WATER. ADD CHICKEN AND ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT NOODLES. BOIL TILL CHICKEN IS DONE. DRAIN INTO BOWL AND ADD BACK TO POT. WHEN CHICKEN IS COOL ENOUGH, REMOVE MEAT AND ADD IT TO THE BROTH. AT THIS TIME I TASTE TO SEE IF IT NEEDS MORE SALT. I ADD A FEW MORE SHREDDED CARROTS TO MY BROTH. BRING TO A BOIL AND THEN ADD NOODLES.
