I saw the enclosed hint in an e-mail from a friend and decided to give it a try and see for myself if it worked. I am happy to say it did work and I have been enjoying the "frozen lemon."

Ingredients

lemons--any amount

Directions

Simple..place a washed lemon in the freezer section of your refrigerator. I placed it in a small zip lock baggie.

Once the lemon is frozen, get your grated, and shred the lemon (no need to peel it) and sprinkle it on top of your foods.

Sprinkle it on your vegetable salad, soup, noodles, rice, fish and chicken dishes, vegetables, and instant cup of noodles.

Put remaining lemon back into freezer to use another day.
