Easy 5 can Chicken Tortilla soup

Great for a crowd like bunco or a potluck. Just add more of everything until you have enough!

Ingredients

1 can(s)
(large can) chicken breast
1 can(s)
mexicorn (or just corn)
1 can(s)
chicken broth, low salt
1 can(s)
(larger can) rotel
1 can(s)
black beans

CONDIMENTS

1 pt
sour cream
1 bunch
cilantro washed
1 lb
corn tortilla chips
1 lb
cheddar jack cheese grated
s & p

Step-By-Step

1Dump the 5 cans into a stockpot or dutch oven - cook on medium heat 20 minutes to warm through
2chop cilantro
3Serve in bowls with sour cream, cilantro and cheese as condiments. You may also serve jalepenos if desired
