Ingredients

chicken broth (15 oz x 3)
1 can(s)
diced tomatoes (15 oz)

carrots, sliced

onions, chopped
2
celery stalks, sliced
1
zucchini, diced
3/4 c
elbow macaroni
2
garlic cloves, minced
1/2 lb
boneless skinless chicken breast, chopped
1/4 c
parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
pepper

Step-By-Step

1Bring broth and tomatoes to boil in a large pot. Add veggies, mac, garlic; return to boil. Stir occasionally. Reduce to simmer. Cook 30 minutes.
2Increase heat to med-high; add chicken, parsley, salt and pepper. Return to boil; reduce to simmer covered 10 minutes to cook chicken.
