The first time I ate this soup was at a potluck when I was working in SICU at North Monroe Hospital. One of my favorite soups.

Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

1 lb
ground beef
1
onion, chopped
1 can(s)
cream of corn
1 can(s)
corn niblets, drained
1 can(s)
rotel tomatoes, undrained
2 can(s)
ranch style beans, undrained
3/4 c
water
1 pkg
hidden valley buttermilk dressing mix
1 pkg
taco seasoning mix
8 oz
cheddar cheese, grated

Step-By-Step

1Brown the ground meat with the onion. Drain.

2Add the taco seasoning and the ranch dressing mix. Mix well.

3Add the water, beans, corn, and tomatoes. Mix well.

4Simmer over low heat until bubbly (or place in crock pot).

5Serve over tortilla chips and top with cheddar cheese.
