meatless spaghetti sauce
frozen mixed vegetables
diced tomatoes and green chilies
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onions until meat is no longer pink; drain. Transfer to a slow cooker.
Stir in the remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the vegetables are tender.
Note* You can also use one package of Boca Meatless Crumbles in place of the ground beef for a vegetarian soup.
