My family loves my taco soup. It is good for the party and cold weather. It is so delicious and eat with tortilla chips.

Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

2 lb
ground beef
1 medium
onion, diced
2 pkg
taco seasoning mix
2 pkg
ranch dressing mix
1-32 oz
box swanson chicken broth
1-14.5 oz
can tomato sauce
2-14.5 oz
cans diced tomatoes with chilies
1-14.5 oz
can black beans, undrained
1 can(s)
kernel corn, undrained
for garnish: tortilla, cheddar cheese and sour cream

Step-By-Step

1Saute onions for 2 minutes.
2Add ground beef and brown the meat. Drain to excess fat.
3Add ground beef mixture and all other ingredients (do not drain corn and black beans) to slow cooker.
4Cook on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 6 hours.
5Garnish with sour cream and cheddar cheese.
