each..chopped carrot,celery,onion
1 Tbsp
butter
4 c
beef broth
4 c
water
2 c
chopped cooked roast beef
1 can(s)
(14-1/2 oz)diced tomatoes(undrained)
1 c
quick cooking barley
1-1/2 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
pepper
1/2 tsp
dried basil
1/2 tsp
dried oregano
1/2 c
frozen peas

Directions Step-By-Step

In a soup kettle or dutch oven,saute carrot,celery,onion in butter until tender,about 5 min.
Add next 9 ingredients,bring to a boil.Reduce heat;cover & simmer 20 min.,stirring occasionally.
Add peas. simmer,uncovered,5 min.
