Ingredients For pronto taco chili

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 md
    onion, chopped
  • 2 clove
    garlic
  • 2 can
    (14 1/2 oz. each) beef broth
  • 1 can
    (14 1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 1/2 c
    salsa
  • 1 c
    sprial or small shell pasta
  • 1 md
    green pepper, cored, seeded and chopped
  • 2 tsp
    chili powder
  • 1 tsp
    parsley

How To Make pronto taco chili

    In a large saucepan over medium heat, cook beef, onion, and garlic until beef is browned. Drain off fat.

    Add broth, tomatoes, salsa, pasta, pepper, chili powder and parsley and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, until pasta is tender, about 10 minutes.

    Garnish with shredded cheese, sour cream and tortilla chips.
