Ingredients For sausage, ground beef & zucchini stew

1 lbground beef
-
1 lbbulk port sausage
-
2 candiced tomatoes (14 1/2 oz. each)
-
2 mdgreen peppers, cut into 1/2" pieces
-
2 cthinly sliced celery
-
1 cchopped onion
-
6 mdzucchini, halved & cut into 1/2" slices
-
1 ctomato juice
-
1 tspitalian seasoning-i use herb de provence
-
1 tspdried oregano
-
grated parmesan cheese
How To Make sausage, ground beef & zucchini stew

1In dutch oven or large saucepan, over medium heat, cook beef & sausage until no longer pink; drain & set aside.

2Drain tomatoes, reserving juice; set tomatoes aside. In the same pan, combine the peppers, celery, onion & reserved juice. Cover & cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.

3Add meat, tomatoes, zucchini, tomato juice & seasonings. Cover & cook 15 minutes or until zucchini is tender, stirring occasionally.

4Serve, garnish with cheese.
