IN A SEPERATE PAN MELT BUTTER N BROWN MUSHROOMS A BIT...ONLY TURN ONCE ABOUT 4 MINUTES TOTAL. REMOVE MUSHROOMS N SET ASIDE. NOW PUT ONE TBLSPN OF OLIVE OIL IN PAN N SAUTÉ ONIONS JUST UNTIL SOFTND.
