tap water to cover ingrediance

cut your beef stew meat chunks in half, place the meat, potatoes, onions, celery an carrots in a lrg pot. cover the ingrediance in tap water add about 2 tbls salt. cook on high heat till it strkes a boil then turn down to simmer let it sommer 45 min or until vegtables an meat are tender. taste the soup if more salt needs added, salt to taste an add pepper to taste an cup of your favorite wine let cook 15 min more at simmer turn off an serve in a bowl with some french bread an favorite shredded cheese ummmm
