Ingredients

ground beef
1/4 c
onion, diced
2 can(s)
cream of celery soup
3 c
tomato juice
2 c
carrots, grated
1 c
water
1
bay leaf
1/2 tsp
sugar
1/2 tsp
dried marjoram
1/2 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
garlic powder
1/4 tsp
pepper

Step-By-Step

1In large pan over meduim heat, brown beef and onion; drain.
2Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until carrots are tender. Remove bay leaf.
