chopped onion
1 1/2 lb
ground beef
1 can(s)
(32 - 48 oz) v-8 tomato juice
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
1 can(s)
cream of celery soup
1 can(s)
mixed vegetables with juice

Directions Step-By-Step

Cook onion until tender.

Add ground beef.

Cook until lightly browned; pour off the fat

Add V-8 juice and soups

Bring to a boil

Add vegetables and some water

Simmer for 30 minutes
