Ingredients For captain soup

  • 1/4 c
    chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 can
    (32 - 48 oz) v-8 tomato juice
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can
    cream of celery soup
  • 1 can
    mixed vegetables with juice

How To Make captain soup

  • 1
    Cook onion until tender. Add ground beef.

    Cook until lightly browned; pour off the fat Add V-8 juice and soups

    Bring to a boil Add vegetables and some water Simmer for 30 minutes
