This delicous recipe is very quick and simple. So much so that even I can make it! I know my sister and brother-in-law got the recipe from someone else, but they shared it with me, so it has become Brad & Wendy's Taco Soup.

Ingredients

1 lb
lean grount beef
1
onion; chopped
3 - 15oz can(s)
mild chili beans, undrained
1 - 14oz can(s)
diced tomatoes; undrained
1 - 14oz can(s)
whole kernal corn; undrained
1 - 8oz can(s)
tomato sauce
1 - 1.25o pkg
taco seasoning mix
1 1/2 c
water
corn chips

Step-By-Step

1Brown meat with onions in a large saucepan; drain.
2Add all remaining ingredients; stir.
3Reduce heat and simmer 5-10 minutes stirring occassionally.
4You can top with cheddar cheese, however, I like to place a corn chip on each spoonful. Tastes delicious!
