My family loves this soup. It's a great way to start off the Fall season. It goes great with corn bread on the side.

Ingredients

2 lb
kielbasa, sliced
3 can(s)
cannelini beans, drained
48 oz
canned chicken broth
1/2 c
chopped onion
1/2 c
chopped celery
1 pkg
frozen chopped spinach
1 lb
ditalini pasta
oil
1 1/2 c
water

Step-By-Step

1In a large stock pot heat oil and saute onion, celery and kielbasa. Add beans, broth,water,spinach and pasta. Simmer for an hour. Best when made the day before.
