Ingredients

1 lb
sweet italian sausage
1 medium
shallots
1 Tbsp
finely minced garlic
1 can(s)
15 oz canneilini beans drained
1/2 c
chicken broth
1
chipolte in adobe sauce ( from a 7 oz can, finely chopped
1/2 c
reduce fat free sour cream
1/2 c
frozen pea

Step-By-Step

1Grill Italian sweet sausage, then set aside.
2In a saucepan cook onion, garlic in 1 tbsp of butter.over med high heat for 1 minute, stirring occasionaly.
3Stir in peas, beans, broth, and chile.Heat to boiling. Add Italian sausage. Reduce to med: cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes to blend flavors, stirrind occasionaly.
4Stir in 1/4 sour cream. Serve with remaining sour cream if desire.
