I got this recipe from a WW meeting but haven't actually tried it yet but thought it sounded really good. It is 5 Points Plus per serving.

Ingredients

1 medium
onion
29 oz
chicken broth, non-fat
1 can(s)
black beans, canned
11 oz
mexican style corn
7 1/4 oz
tomatoes and chiles
8 oz
salsa, tomato-based
1/2 c
white rice

Directions Step-By-Step

Cook onion in chicken broth until tender, approx 15 mins. Drain beans and corn and add all ingredients. Simmer 45 minutes or until rice is tender
