Heat oil in pan.Dice ham and put in pot.Cut the onion into thin wedges and put in potCook for about 3-4 minutesAdd the cannelloni beans liquid and allAdd the tomato pastePour in the vegetable stock and bring to boil.Cut up the potatoes into small pieces and add to the liquidAdd salt, pepper and garlicSimmer about 35-45 minutes until potatoes are soft and tender.
