Bean, Potato and Ham Soup

Ingredients

1/4 lb
sliced ham
1 slice
onion
2 can(s)
great northern beans
2 Tbsp
tomato paste
2
potatoes diced
salt, pepper to taste
1/2 tsp
granulated garlic
1 qt
vegetable stock
2 Tbsp
olive oil

Step-By-Step

1Heat oil in pan.

2Dice ham and put in pot.

3Cut the onion into thin wedges and put in pot

4Cook for about 3-4 minutes

5Add the cannelloni beans liquid and all

6Add the tomato paste

7Pour in the vegetable stock and bring to boil.

8Cut up the potatoes into small pieces and add to the liquid

9Add salt, pepper and garlic

10Simmer about 35-45 minutes until potatoes are soft and tender.
