We eat a lot of beans. This soup is a perfect busy day meal. Good with a simple green salad and cornbread.

Ingredients

1 lb
ground beef
1 can(s)
pinto beans
1 can(s)
black beans
1 can(s)
white beans
1 can(s)
corn
1 can(s)
diced tomatoes with green chiles
1 can(s)
diced tomatoes
1 pkg
taco seasoning
1 pkg
hidden valley ranch dressing mix
salt and pepper, to taste
garlic salt, to taste

Step-By-Step

1Stir all ingredients together in crock pot and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
2It's easy to over-do it on the salt, especially using canned beans. I usually use my own precooked, frozen, dried beans to avoid excess sodium.
