Bean & Beef Vegetable Soup

My husband and I love the combination of tomatoes and beans with ground beef added to the mix. My husband likes me to make a cornbread when I make this soup. We are both soup lovers.

lean ground beef
2 can(s)
red kidney beans
1 can(s)
white beans
2 c
whole kernel frozen corn
1 large
onion, diced
1 Tbsp
minced garlic
1 1/2 c
fresh or canned rotel tomatoes
1/4 c
tomato paste
3 qt
water (adjust to your taste, may use some broth)
salt & pepper to taste
1 1/2 c
uncooked shell macroni

Directions Step-By-Step

In a large pot brown ground beef just until it is no longer pink. Add onion and garlic; cook until the vegetables are a little tender - 2 to 3 min.
Add your tomatoes, tomato paste, and water. Stir and let it come to a slow boil.
Add beans, corn and seasoning. Stir on slow boil until the tomato paste has dissolved. Lower heat just so the soup is slightly bubbling. Cook for 45 min. Add macroni continue cooking for 45 mins.
