A bunch of popcorn recipes landed in my inbox from Serious Eats. This one caught my eye. This is one of my favorite spice blends & is very versatile.

- 1/3 c
- popcorn kernels
- 1/4 c
- olive oil or melted butter (or a combination)
- 1/8 c
- za'atar spice blend
- kosher salt, to taste
2Drizzle with some of the oil or butter. Sprinkle with some of the za-atar. Sprinkle on a small amount of kosher salt.
3Toss/stir until thoroughly distributed. Repeat with remaining oil/butter, za'atar & salt, a bit at a time, until it is to your liking.
