I make these for the holidays and my family loves them. I was given the recipe from a man I used to work with

Ingredients For truffles

  • 1 pkg
    oreo cookies, ( i use double stuff)
  • 8 oz
    philly cream cheese room temper.
  • 1 pkg
    chocolate bark candy coating, melted

How To Make truffles

  • 1
    crush up the oreos in a ziplock baggie. until no large pieces remain. pour into a medium size mixing bowl
  • 2
    add the cream cheese and mix with a mixer until well blended.
  • 3
    roll into small balls and place on a cookie sheet. place in the freezer for an hour.

    take the melted chocolate and roll the balls in it till covered. place on wax paper until dry store in air tight container in fridge.
