Smoky Salmon Pate'

I found this recipe years ago at a store where I was shopping. There were several recipe cards displayed for people to take. This one sounded good to me so I bought the ingredients, went home and made it. My family loved it and still want me to make it for every occasion. I usually have to make two batches of it since it disappears so quickly.

It makes two cups

8 oz
smoked salmon
8 oz
package cream cheese
1 Tbsp
lemon juice
1 Tbsp
horse radish - mild to hot - depends on what you like.
2 Tbsp
minced onion
dash of pepper
assorted crackers


1Finely chop smoked salmon. Combine all ingredients until smooth. Chill.
Makes two cups. Store any left overs in the refrigerator.
