My children love getting these on their Friday treat day at school, in their lunch boxes . Great for party's also but!! hey who needs to have an excuse to treat your self to one of these.. Hope you will like and enjoy.. :)

Ingredients For rocky raod crunch squares...

  • 3 Tbsp
    butter
  • 10 oz
    chocolate plain(broken into pieces)
  • 1/4 c
    golen syrup
  • 8
    digestives buscuits
  • 8
    chocolate chip cookies
  • 2 c
    mini marshmallows
  • 4 oz
    maltesers
  • 4 oz
    rolo's
  • 4 oz
    munchies

How To Make rocky raod crunch squares...

    What you need..

    prepare a medium size pyrex dish I used a square shape one .grease a tiny bit of oil on to the bottom of dish ,then place over it with 2 sheets of cling film .

    Melt the butter, chocolate and golden syrup in a saucepan over a low heat .

    put the digestive biscuits and chocolate chip cookies into a large freezer bag and crush, by bashing with a rolling pin . You are aiming for both crumbs and pieces of biscuits.

    Fold the biscuits pieces and crumbs ,marshmallows ,maltesers, rolo's and munchies into the melted chocolate mixture . Mix up well together making sure everything is well coated in chocolate.

    Pour the mixture int.o your prepared dish . Press down well with the back of a wooden spoon. Allow to get cold . Leave in the fridge for 1 and 1/2 hours .

    cut into squares ,you can make larger squares of 12's but I prefer to make smaller ones of 24's because they are very rich...
