Ingredients For protein bistro box a la starbucks™

    hardboiled egg, peeled and cut in half (with or w/out black pepper or other seasoning of choice)
  • 2-3
    apple slices
  • 2-3 Tbsp
    honey peanut butter (or other favorite nut/seed butter)
  • 1/2
    slice, multigrain muesli bread (or similar bread)
  • 2 oz
    white cheddar cheese, or similar
  • 8-10
    grapes, red or green
