fudge ecstasies cookies

Recipe by

For those who absolutely love chocolate, this recipe is for you. They have a chocolate bite that makes you close your eyes and go, "Oh Wow..these are sinfully amazing!" Not too sweet, but oh so fudgy they'll send you into a dream filled stupor. I made these cookies for a neighborhood get together. They didn't take to make either. When I presented them, everyone went, "OOO those look good." then they tasted them. It was a blast watching the neighbors devour the cookies in less than 15 minutes, and I made 3 dozen. This recipe has been passed around for 20 years now and it still gets big raves!
