4 small
potatoes
Dashes
paprika
2 tsp
extra virgin olive oil
Dashes
black pepper
Dashes
minced garlic
Dash
cayenne pepper
Dashes
oregano, dried

Directions Step-By-Step

Quarter & cube potatoes into small bites

Place onto baking sheet. Gathered into a pile. Drizzle with Olive oil as this makes the seasonings stick when sprinkled then tossed.

Season liberally then Shake them apart on baking sheet, place into 450 F. Oven

At 30 minutes remove and lift and scatter again so that all sides get crusty. Put back into oven another 30 minutes. Then turn oven off. I leave mine to remain in oven to keep warm until I'm ready to eat um up.
