dill dip

This is fairly low calories for a dip (a serving is a couple of tablespoons, and if my calorie analysis program is correct, should only have about 27 calories. I am always looking for something to encourage me to get all my servings of vegetables in during the day and this makes a fairly yummy mid-morning snack.

Ingredients For dill dip

  • 1 c
    low-fat cottage cheese
  • 2 Tbsp
    sliced green onions (white and green parts)
  • 2 Tbsp
    snipped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp
    dried dill weed
  • 1 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 dash
    garlic powder

How To Make dill dip

  • 1
    Place everything in a food processor or blender; process until smooth.

    Chill, covered for at least 1 hour before serving.
  • 3
    Serve with raw veggies or crackers.
