Ingredients

2 c
cooked white beans
1 tsp
cider vinegar
1/2 tsp
oregano, dried
1 Tbsp
olive oil
1 Tbsp
chopped onion
1 small
carrot, chopped
2 Tbsp
chopped parsley
1 medium
egg, lightly beaten
wheat germ, optional

Directions Step-By-Step

Cook the beans and press through a food mill while still hot, they puree much better when still hot.

Add all other ingredients and form into patties, dip into beaten raw egg, then roll in wheat germ and fry in hot oil.

If you prefer, oil a baking pan with vegetable oil and bake at 425 F for ten minutes or until brown, turning once.

Serve hot.
