2 ccooked white beans

1 tspcider vinegar

1/2 tsporegano, dried

1 Tbspolive oil

1 Tbspchopped onion

1 smcarrot, chopped

2 Tbspchopped parsley

1 mdegg, lightly beaten

wheat germ, optional
How To Make bean patties

1Cook the beans and press through a food mill while still hot, they puree much better when still hot.

2Add all other ingredients and form into patties, dip into beaten raw egg, then roll in wheat germ and fry in hot oil.

3If you prefer, oil a baking pan with vegetable oil and bake at 425 F for ten minutes or until brown, turning once. Serve hot.
