Ingredients

uncooked tortilla
refried beans
shredded cheese

Directions Step-By-Step

Cook one side of the tortilla and remove from the skillet, placing the cook side UP.

Spread a healthy amount of refried beans over half of the tortilla and then sprinkle cheese on top of that.

Fold in half and cook each side of the quesadilla. Cool and serve!
