Ingredients For special cheese ball

    8-oz. pkgs. cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz
    can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 c
    chopped pecans
  • 2 Tbsp
    minced onion
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt

How To Make special cheese ball

  • 1
    Soften cream cheese, stir in drained pineapple, onion, salt and 1/2 of the pecans. Form a ball. Roll in the rest of the pecans and refrigerate. Keeps for several weeks. Makes 4-6 servings.
