2 cfresh pineapple, chopped or 1 (20 oz) can pineapple tidbits, drained

1 cfresh or frozen raspberries, thawed if frozen

1 clow-fat vanilla yogurt

2 mdfirm bananas, peeled and sliced

1/3 cchopped dates
-
fresh mint for garnish
How To Make pineapple-raspberry breakfast parfaits

1Preheat oven to 350°F. On baking sheet, spread almonds in a single layer. Bake 7-10 minutes, or until lightly toasted, stirring frequently; set aside.

2Layer pineapple, raspberries, yogurt, bananas, and dates, in 6 parfait glasses or individual dessert dishes; sprinkle with almonds. Garnish with fresh mint, if desired. Serve immediately.
