Cinnamony Roasted Almonds

- egg white
- 2 c
- whole almonds
- 1/2 c
- 1 tsp
- ground cinnamon
1Preheat oven to 250'.
Lightly grease a 11x7 inch casserole dish.
2Beat the egg white until frothy. Add the almonds and stir until well coated.
3Mix the sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the almonds. Toss to coat.
4Spread evenly on the casserole dish.
Bake for one hour at 250', stirring occasionally.
5When cool store in airtight container.
