DIY Saltine, Ritz and Chicken style crackers!
approx 30 crackers
dry chicken bullion (optional)
olive oil, extra virgin
1place ingredients into food processor and blend to form ball of dough
2turn out onto counter and roll out as thin as you like, I cut these with the rim of a shot glass! you can make them square or rectangled by using a pizza cutter to cut them too!
3place on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and give each cracker a couple pokes with a fork!
4bake at 400* for 8-12 minutes depending on your thickness.
brush with melted butter for your ritz style
brush with melted butter and sprinkle with chicken bullion for your chicken flavor!
I have added powdered cheese in place of the chicken bullion and those are very yummy too!
