avacado cheese ball
For some reason in Texas we love our avocados and will use them in any way possible. This is just one of the many ways I've found to use an avocado.

Ingredients For avacado cheese ball

2 (8) pkgcream cheese, softened

1 cgrated sharp white cheddar cheese
-
1 cgrated, mild cheddar cheese

1 lgripe avocado, mashed
-
1 mdonion, grated
-
1/2 cpecans,finely chopped
-
2 clovegarlic, presed or grated
-
1 (4 ) pkgcan chopped green chilies, drained

1 bunchparsley, stems removed and leaves chopped finely
How To Make avacado cheese ball

1Mix cheeses well in a medium glass bowl. Mix in avocado, onion, nuts, garlic, and green chilies. Adjust seasonings to taste with salt and white pepper.

2Shape into 1 large ball or 2 small balls. Roll in parsley. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until set.

3Serve on serving plate with good quality crackers.
