Ingredients

2 large
avocado, peeled, seeded, and diced
1 medium
tomatillos, stem end cut off and quartered
1 Tbsp
cilantro leaves
1 clove
garlic, minced
1
serrano pepper, stem removed (you can remove the seeds if you wish)
1 Tbsp
mayonnaise
salt to taste
1/4 c
lime juice

Directions Step-By-Step

In your food processor add all ingredients except avocado. Mix on high speed until smooth.

Add avocado and mix until smooth and creamy. Taste for salt. Enjoy!
