Who doesn't like popcorn...now you can have popcorn at a whole new level.

This recipe will remind you of one of my favorite cookies Snickerdoodles. It will delight everyone in your family.



You can use a hot air popper or even make your own popcorn in a pan.

Ingredients

2
bags of light butter microwave popcorn
4 Tbsp
melted butter
1/4 c
granulated sugar
1 Tbsp
cinnamon
3/4 c
white chocolate chips
3 Tbsp
heavy cream

Directions Step-By-Step

Microwave 2 packages of your favorite microwave popcorn. Remove unpopped kernels before putting butter on it.

Put popcorn in a large bowl and drizzle the butter over and stir till all of the popcorn is coated.

Mix the sugar and cinnamon in a bowl once it is combined pour it over the buttered popcorn and stir so all pieces are coated

Melt white chocolate chips and heavy cream in double boiler until melted and smooth. Drizzle over popcorn and let harden, about 20-30 minutes.

Susan, made this again on Saturday to take along for a birthday party. Once again a huge hit. Have to admit I used a little extra white chocolate this time. So good! :D

I had the same reaction with the peanut butter cups...I had to print the recipe out and pass it out to everyone.

Susan, everybody at work loved the pop corn! I had to make sure I made extra so my husband could have some. He loves it. Even my picky eater 5 year old likes it. LOL :D Thanks again, it was a big hit. :D
